Our assessment tools and reports are provided for informational purposes only. They are intended to help organizations evaluate their AI governance practices but:

• Do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for compliance decisions
• May not cover all aspects of AI governance relevant to your organization
• Are not a guarantee of regulatory compliance or risk mitigation

We recommend consulting with qualified professionals regarding your specific AI governance requirements.

7. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a subscription or paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law

• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service

8. Termination

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Governance Lab SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Decisions made based on assessment results
• Regulatory penalties or compliance failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Governance Lab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit through the Service

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Governance Lab regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
